Why Use the Court Runner APP?
Making Process Serving easier than ever before.
So, you’ve met us – Court Runner – but what is process-serving for those who don’t really understand the terminology? What are the brief ins and outs? (by the way, there’s a ton more information in our FAQ page.)
To put it simply, throughout various legal processes, documents need to be served to concerned parties that need to see the documents; this can be someone needing to show up in court for a hearing, an affidavit, a subpoena, and much more. And that is a process server’s job!
The ‘Process’ of getting through to a licensed process-server (where licenses are required) is already a hassle, let alone finding someone reputable and reliable for Process Serving. Your legal documents need to be in good hands, and in order to find these good hands you need to go through a lot of trouble on your end, looking through and putting in an enormous effort on your end to get everything sorted, and the Process server well, serving.
Which is what brings us to, well, us!
The first of it’s kind
Court Runner makes this process, way easier. Not only do we have a range of qualified process servers at our disposal 24/7, but we’re also able to pick out the perfect ones for your geographical location, the specific types of documents you’ll be issuing, and we’ll even tell you all of the information that you need to provide us with.
Provide us with the sort of document it is and your geographical location, as well as the recipient’s name and address (or just all the information that you have, if you’re missing a place). Then, let us take care of the rest! We’ll let you know any more specific information you need, and then you’ll get your choice of process servers.
We also have a system for risk level, meaning that you can let us know if you think that the individual or company you’re serving has a risk of running away, or of potential violence. We take this incredibly seriously and have a host of qualified individuals who are also capable of carrying these out.
We’re Court Runner – here to make your process serving process safe, reliable and efficient.
So you landed here because you are looking to hire a Process Server to serve or file your legal documents for you. That’s exactly what we do! If you are ready to start your process serving, download the APP from Google Playstore or Appstore . If you need help, send us a message.

This helps you avoid the personal trouble of going through it yourself, incurring potential risks or further harming the situation. It gets delivered by a professional who knows what they’re doing, and all’s well!

Who is a Process Server?
A process server is, simply put, someone who serves legal documents on behalf of a court or individual, making sure that the recipient is aware of and confirms the reception of said documents. Process servers play a vital role in the legal process, expediting the speed of courts of law, and oftentimes allowing for more civil, discreet, and safe reception of documents on behalf of individuals who might not take it fantastic.
This also involves skip tracing, which is the actual process of locating the recipient who needs to get the documents, which can sometimes be more difficult than it seems. Hence, it’s an important job and a set of skills that is a lot more vital than many people believe.
This is their main job – of course, they also fulfill a huge range of duties outside of this, namely being handling and organization of court documents and various forms, filing paperwork and more. The hidden backbone of the legal system in many countries, they’re often overlooked by those outside of the system that are unfamiliar with the process.
Most often, process servers will either have their own websites, or be associated with a particular court or agency, serving papers on their behalf.
